Blonde Quinoa

At our production facility, nestled in the mountains at 2,900 meters above sea level, we manually malt Andean quinoa seeds. The result: an exotic, light, refreshing beer with deep roots. Slowly fermented, without rushing its course, without disturbing its soul. The resulting flavor is smooth and refreshing, with malty notes complemented by the distinctive touch of quinoa.
