To give value and liquidity to the token, we will make a pre-sale (https://cookiesale.io/) of 45% of
the Tokens at an equivalent rate of 15 VIC Token per 1 BUSD (Stable Token) That will be listed
in DEX (Decentralized Exchange) https://pancakeswap.finance/ at a discount rate of 15% 12.75

The VIC token will get the liquidity with 70% of the presale; for a Total use of Tokens of 70% of
